30 days returns and exchanges
Cancellation
Before an order gets processed, buyers can contact us to cancel it. But the amount of refund depends on the time of contacting us.
For any unprocessed order, if buyers contact us within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed, full refund will be issued.
For any unprocessed order, if buyers fail to contact us within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed, 10% of the order fee will be charged as cancellation fee. Thus, 90% of the order fee will be refunded.
Once the order gets processed, we are sorry to inform every buyers that the order cannot be canceled any more.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Note:
(1) If the item is damaged in the transit process, please take some pictures of the item and send those images back to lyf668866@gmail.com. We will check it and send a replacement without any further charge to buyers.
(2) If buyers receive wrong items(different from products as shown in order information), please takes pictures to lyf668866@gmail.com. We will check it and send replacements without any further charge to buyers.
(3) If buyers are not satisfied with the item(not quality issue or wrong items), please ship it back to the shipping address as shown below. Only after we receive the item, then we can issue refund to buyers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lyf668866@gmail.com and send your item to your address.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first and we will provide you with an address for accepting the returned package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

United States of America
All shipments to the United States of America after March 30th, 2015 and under the value of $800 will be subject to free duties and taxes.
Canada & Other Country
All deliveries to Canada & Other Country may be subject to duties, taxes and admin fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
